As part our technological training innovation, since 2004 we have incorporated -together with Aura Interactiva- an e-Learning training model. During the first stage, courses were developed in some business areas that are critical for job skills, such as customer service, eye testing, optometry, product awareness, and management skills.
"Traditional training has some limitations, particularly its failure to deliver key information on a timely basis to our partners because they are spread in different geographical areas or branches across the Mexican Republic. Through e-Learning, we have reached a greater number of people in less time and at lower costs," said Villanueva.
