SCORM
Aura e-Learning
solutions meet well-known industry standards such
as SCORM to be compatible with different
learning management systems.
SCORM is a series of technical standards that allow web-based learning systems to import, share, re-use, find, and export contents in a standardized way.
With SCORM, it is necessary to standardize learning
experience tracking. It defines the behavior and
logic of complex learning experiences so that
they can be re-used, moved, searched for, and
recontextualized. SCORM has three areas: Packaging,
Metadata, and RTE (run-time environment). For
each one, there are three levels: what is only
required, what is required besides part of what
is optional, and what is optional. Like AICC,
LMS cannot be assumed to implement everything;
consequently, we should limit ourselves to the
minimum set of common elements (which is level
1). Aura Interactiva meets the standard
of SCORM 1.2 at level 1.
