Aura Interactiva is sponsoring the IV Human Resources International Congress: “Where do organizations go?: their best practices, their limits and their possibilities”

San Jose, Costa Rica, February 2005

The University of Costa Rica, the Presidency and the Civil Service General Direction are organizing the IV Human Resources International Congress: “Where do organizations go?: best practices, limits and possibilities”. It will be held from April 6 to 8 th at the Herradura Hotel, San José, Costa Rica. Executive Decree has declared this Congress of public interest.

This Congress is intended to be for public and private personnel, academics, researchers, community associations and professional college representatives, students and public in general. The main purpose is to establish a national and international dialogue about human development as well as to discuss about the practices, the limits and the possibilities for modern organizations.

The main topic to develop is Social Environment: its limits and possibilities, learning the best practices, promoting excellency in the areas of Human Resources, Social Responsibility and contributions of Human Resources Managers to the strategistic development of organizations.
